RETURNS
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
- Item must unworn and unwashed
- Item must have no scent or marks present
- Item must have tag present and be in original packaging
- Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving
- There will be no returns on clearance or sample items
- All returned orders will be issued with a store credit to the value of the order, excluding shipping costs, valid for 1 year from issue
- We do not issue refunds unless the items is faulty
- Please head to our returns portal to initiate a return.
Please note: customers are responsible for the costs of shipping their items back, unless faulty, and purchasing shipping to have their new pieces dispatched. Angie the Label will issue a pre-paid return label in the instance that an item is faulty.
FAULTY ITEMS
Unfortunately, whilst we take every measure to ensure our items aren’t faulty, there may be times where items arrive to you damaged.
- We will replace or fully refund any items we deem faulty that are received.
- Photos of faulty pieces will be required before a return label will be issued to send the faulty piece back to Angie the Label
- Faults include tears, poor sewing or manufacturing issues
- Issues will be reviewed and accepted as faulty at our discretion
- Due to the nature of our crochet and knit pieces, it must be proven that pulls were present upon unpacking and not caused by the customer
- Please lodge your return in our returns portal to proceed.
